These terms govern your use of the Backyard Pod website operated by Backyard Pod LLC (“Backyard Pod,” “we,” “us”), based in Austin, Texas. By accessing or using this site, you agree to these terms. The terms of any purchase are governed by the separate written agreement you sign with us, which controls in the event of any conflict with this site.
Estimates & pricing
Prices, monthly payment figures, timelines, dimensions, and specifications shown on this site — including in our configurator — are estimates for general guidance only and may change. Final pricing and scope are confirmed by a written quote and an on-site measurement. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer, contract, or guarantee of price or availability. Financing figures are illustrative and subject to lender approval and terms.
Use of the site
You may use this site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it in violation of any applicable law.
Intellectual property
All content, images, renderings, designs, and branding on this site are the property of Backyard Pod or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.
Warranty
Backyard Pod provides a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, as set out in your signed agreement (generally one year from completion, with longer structural coverage). The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, alterations, or unauthorized repairs. Except as expressly stated, the site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Site preparation & permits
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client is responsible for clearing and providing access to the installation site, providing utility access, identifying underground utilities (including calling 811 before digging), and complying with applicable HOA rules and permit requirements. Where we assist with permits, timelines depend on the relevant jurisdiction.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Backyard Pod shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to us for the applicable services.
Dispute resolution & governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith; if that fails, disputes will be resolved through mediation or binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision.
