Your Pod, Built Without the Stress

2. Deposit
Place your deposit to reserve your project start date.
3. Design
We'll prepare your custom site plan and floor plan for your approval.
4. Permitting
Our team handles all necessary permits for you.
5. Construction
Once permits are approved, we begin construction, keeping you informed along the way.
6. Preliminary Walkthrough
We'll conduct a pre-final walkthrough to review any finishing touches.
7. Handoff
After the final walkthrough, we'll hand you the keys to your new space!
8. Warranty
Your Pod comes with a one-year bumper-to-bumper warranty, two-year coverage on major systems, and a ten-year structural warranty.
